About Us

Company

Grain Inspection Program (GIP) was produced in the year 2000 by Adams Net LLC. The owners wanted to find a solution to help grain inspection companies around the nation become more efficient with the day to day processes of entering and billing certificates. GIP has been used by 19 agencies in various states.

Features

GIP allows agencies to enter official, submitted, submitted commodity (AMA), official commodity (AMA), export, class X weights (official), class Y weights (official), official commercial (OCIS), submitted commercial (OCIS), stowage exam (official), warehouse, unofficial, classified weights 1 and 2 (unofficial) and commodity weights (AMA official) certificates. With this comprehensive list of certificates, agencies should be able to use the program to suit all their needs.

GIP has the ability to 'print' certificates in many ways. These include physical printing at agencies, emailing PDF generated certificates, or faxing of grades.

With GIP, billing has never been easier. There are advanced billing options including end of month reports, daily activity reports, payment history and many more.

There will also be additional new features with GIP 2.0. Now agencies will be able to upload inspector signatures in the convenience of the grain inspection by using a signature pad. Users will also be able to have more authority over administrative options including consignee management and manage fees. The new program also has a new, modern, user friendly interface.
